• Saturday April 5th, 2025, 10 am- 12pm: "Spring Detox: Helpful Herbs to encourage us out of our Winter hibernation!" Join Lisa for this 2-hour class on herbs available to help us detox our body all year long.  We'll cover herbs, supplements, dietary and environmental options and talk about the benefits of detoxification to our health. $30/person. location: Paperjack Elementary, New Richmond, WI. • Monday May 5th, 2025, 6 pm- 8 pm: "Herbal First Aid Kit" Join Clinical Herbalist Lisa Kofakis, M.H., for this 2 hour engaging presentation on herbs for first aid and discover which medicinal plants Lisa always has on hand in her own first aid kit. We'll discuss plant identification, medicinal benefits, and how to make your own salves, oils, and liniments. Each participant will be able to take home their own Aloe Vera plant. $35/person.
