Massage services (60-minutes, 90-minutes, 120-minutes, Heated Stone Massage)
Tracy has over 20 years experience and has developed a style that is both relaxing and effective in
treating pain and tension. She combines relaxing Swedish massage techniques with targeted Deep
Tissue work. Pressure is moderate to firm enough to be effective; however, you will not feel bruised
or sore after your massage.
All sessions include the option of standard, unscented massage oil or specialty oils and aromatherapy.

Tracy is a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist, specializing in neck and shoulder tension and pain management.
She graduated in 2002 from CenterPoint School of Massage. Tracy is also a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor and continuing education provider.
Tracy's belief that healing comes from within is what guides her work. She combines a clinical approach with relaxation techniques for a massage that is effective in relieving both pain and stress. She uses a variety of techniques to cater to individual needs including deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, trigger point, and light stretching and mobilization.
She seeks to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients and to apply techniques that will support their own natural healing processes.
